Are you an SME business based in the Tees Valley?
Join us on 19th November for a half day seminar that will introduce design thinking as a method and demonstrate how it can be applied to production and management.
You will take part in structured exercises called ‘sprints’ where you and fellow participants will be guided by a “How might we…” question which will frame the problem and create ‘lightbulb moments’ of insight.
Using speed and rigour, we will guide you through creating ideas, turning them rapidly into prototypes, and crafting your own roadmap to keep you moving forward.
The seminar will be led by two facilitators experienced in creating processes and cultures for innovation breakthroughs in established organisations. A local R&D lead from a global industrial business will also join the seminar to share the lessons from his 18 month journey.
This seminar provides the chance to refresh your thinking and create pragmatic value-add. We look forward to working together.
Free parking is available at the Materials Processing Institute
